We are so thankful for everything Longlaneresort did for our dog Misty. We went away on vacation across the country and had our return flight cancelled due to the Air Canada strike. Being already stressed in trying to figure out a way home, Longlane went above and beyond showing flexibility and reassured us that Misty could have an extended stay. Highly recommend Longlaneresort!!
An honest review. Booked my dog for two nights...in case I would not be able to meet the small PM pick up window of 4-6. Discussed this at drop off.... Told them I was making every effort to pick her up after 1 night. I rush home...arrive at 4pm. They charged me for 2 nights.... Saying I did not give 48 hours notice. She was there exactly 24 hours and it was $158.00 It's a bit ridiculous Beware ..... They also charged me for 2 walks for the day she did not stay!! That's an awful nerve!! Also...they only take debit...was not a problem... But if you are using them..something to know The care seemed to be decent. I won't return.
LMT and Randy It is clear that Randy truly cares about the well-being of her dogs. Our new standard poodle has exceeded all of our expectations - she is incredibly intelligent, well-behaved, and has a wonderful temperament. We are so grateful to have found LMT kennels and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furry family member. Thank you, Randy, for all that you do! Our pup is just a dream
My boyfriend and I have been taking our German Belgian shepherd to the resort for several years now during the summer while we are away for a long weekend as well at other times of the year. He absolutely loves going and every time we pick him up he’s always soo tired after. We are so thankful for Amanda, Michelle and the rest of the staff for being so compassionate and accommodating.
Our newly adopted golden doodle Nia stayed with Long Lane for 14 days on her first visit and loved it! Michelle is very fast at returning your emails for bookings, etc. Their attention to detail and facilities are wonderful and they offer daily walks as well! Nia is also a regular client of Michaela for grooming and she is the best! Our last dog went thru a few groomers due to nervousness etc so getting a good one like Michaela is a treasure! She is a dog whisperer:) Thanks so much Long Lane and Michaela for great service! Looking forward to our next visit!
They were great with my dog while he was alive However, they clearly are very unorganized because our dog died and we are still getting phone calls to board him. We told them in person, Then they called us to have him in for another weekend and we told them then “oh we thought you would have canceled those because our dog died….” They said oh no worries and We even made sure that they cancelled the other Weekends we had booked…. I guess they thought we were giving them dates for no reason because this morning, I got another phone call about my dead dog….. I’m already having a hard time grieving my dearly lost baby without a place calling me to remind me about my dead dog…. It’s very unprofessional! I don’t apologize for screaming and crying on the phone either!! Do better!!! I shouldn’t have Constant reminders that my dog is dead, especially when we’ve taken the time to cancel these appointments.
We have had 4 different chocolate labs boarded here for the last handful of years and they are hands down the best dog camp ever! Our boys absolutely love it and they are so incredibly well cared for. It's so refreshing to feel completely at peace leaving your fur babies with people you trust and not having an ounce of worry or concern. Thank you Long Lane!!
